Messe Frankfurt selects Jadu Galaxies for competitive edge in exhibition market

The world's second largest trade fair organiser, Messe Frankfurt, has selected Jadu's revolutionary content management platform, Jadu Galaxies, for its Middle East operation.

Messe Frankfurt Middle East, based in Dubai, plans to bring control of its online presence in-house to remove bottlenecks and be quicker to market with the latest information using the Jadu-powered system.

UK company Jadu was selected ahead of rivals from Canada and India for its technical capabilities and responsiveness alongside the functionality and intuitiveness of the Jadu Galaxies solution. Messe Frankfurt Middle East will be better equipped to measure and manage the online customer experience, thanks to Jadu Galaxies analytics, whilst reducing overall paperwork, by moving exhibitor manuals and forms online. Jadu Galaxies also ensures any change to online requirements can be reflected easily across all relevant sites through the central content management system (CMS).

Kent Daniels, head of communications at Messe Frankfurt Middle East, comments, "We've set a tight schedule of under 12 weeks to get our 15 websites online with Jadu Galaxies. We're taking a phased approach to implementation, beginning with the corporate site and rolling out our other exhibition sites underneath that.

The Jadu Galaxies product gives us the ability to structure and order our sites for maximum benefit, as, across cultures, searching is carried out in different ways. The Google search facility, part of the Jadu product, will help standardise and improve our site for searching.

Kent continues, "We look forward to a quantum leap in the customer's online experience. We aim to create a one-stop information portal for visitors and exhibitors, containing the latest exhibition updates, travel and accommodation information, press releases and news, all translated into the three main languages to begin with, English, Arabic and Farsi.

"Jadu Galaxies really gives us the flexibility to spread the webmaster workload across our organisation, as it is so easy to use. This in itself will speed up input time and keep our sites up to date, whilst we retain control of the content. We will also be able to run online surveys on the relevant sites, so we can provide exhibitors with the latest research information."

Suraj Kika, CEO of Jadu, says, "Messe Frankfurt Middle East is operating in a very fast moving, dynamic and competitive environment. Using Jadu Galaxies will enable them to be at the forefront of the exhibition space, providing a professional, comprehensive and, in time, interactive information service."
