Another great Academy which included a variety of workshops and product updates plus customer stories from Kings Lynn and West Norfolk Council, East Lothian Council and Harrow Council. There was also a very enlightening presentation and demo on Machine Learning and the Jadu Companion App.

A capacity audience joined us in Birmingham for the first Academy of 2017. AI & Machine learning was the theme of the day, in the keynote CEO Suraj Kika, presents what organisations should do to prepare to be able to fully exploit the new technology.
There was plenty of excitement at this Academy. From live eye-tracking sessions delivered by our partner agency, Spacecraft Digital, to innovation games and brand new product features revealed. Featuring talks from Birmingham City Council and the Planning Portal.
At this Academy we presented the brand new ‘MyAccount’ demonstrating how our product strategy focuses on digital customer self-service, ePayments and 'lite' CRM / Case Management. Guest speakers included Neil Lawrence, Digital Development Manager for Oxford City Council and James Peterson, Corporate Web Manager, London Borough of Wandsworth.
Richard Friend, Global Business Director started the day with an update on all things Jadu. Presentations came from Matt Culpin, Creative Director on our user centred design process. Tom Nickalls, Product Manager of CXM and Rachael Johnston, UX Designer with feedback and insight learned in the Eye Tracking sessions.
