East Northamptonshire Council, which serves 90,000 residents, is switching to Jadu Continuum CXM*, a cloud based solution for managing customer interactions.
Cardinia Shire Council is known for its progressive organisational culture and work practices. In 2014, it moved to an Activity Based Working (ABW) environment, in which staff gave up assigned desks in favour of designated activity areas which have increased collaboration and innovation.
