Working with Business

Jadu is working with its' partners in Local Government to help deliver business sign-in through the public facing Internet.

All Jadu eGov Content Server systems use the Jadu Marketing Module to build personalised, targeted content. For many years, this technology has proven itself invaluable for delivery of relevant content to site users.

The Jadu Users Database is built up from the registration process included within Jadu's powerful personalisation engine.

Currently, individuals can register and sign-in to a Jadu website and view content relevant to their interests.

The Jadu Business Sign-in is being developed to take this core functionality and extend it to business, creating a dedicated business account with content driven on a one-to-one basis.

There are several key functions that this can deliver:
  • Businesses can view content specific to them.
  • Business can personalise the web based business account and allow their employees restricted access to key business information and transactional information.
  • Through integration with CRM systems, organisations can deliver transactional and service driven information.
This has many key benefits for both Local Government and Commercial business:
  • For Local Authorities, offering local businesses relevant, personalised information and transactional information.
  • For business, offering their customers and key accounts a personalised account based area on their website to deliver added value.
Jadu will be using the Business Description Schema, held by Jadu partner authority Lichfield District Council. This will form the basis of an interchangeable XML based registration process - that can be adapted by both Government and business.
