Jadu focuses on Jadu Continuum customer experience platform as business restructures for global growth

Leicester, December 15 2015. Jadu, a renowned provider of web experience management software to over 80 local UK authorities, is today launching Spacecraft Digital as a stand-alone digital agency.

Jadu Continuum eradicates large, costly web experience software (content management, online forms and customer case management) updates in favour of frequent, iterative upgrades and is set to save its local authority customers an estimated £1.2m every year*.

The platform is now the sole focus of Jadu as its former in-house digital design team, Spacecraft Digital, launches as a 35 strong digital agency.

“We believe that we’re one of the first vendors in our market to offer clients continual upgrades without the pain or hassle that can come with a large upgrade. All of which should be the responsibility of the vendor. The commercial benefit is customer loyalty and goodwill”  - Suraj Kika, CEO of Jadu. “We’re also in the unique position of providing software solutions that focus on customer retention, customer satisfaction, and positive user experience rather than purely customer capture. This has played very well in the public sector and the next step of our growth is to enlist distributors and partners to take the software beyond our current customer profile.”

The launch of Spacecraft Digital means the core Jadu business will no longer build or host websites but focus entirely on building software, freeing it to form new relationships not only with technology partners and service integrators but also with other digital design agencies.

In March 2015, Jadu signed its first global re-seller partnership with Lexmark to provide its Perceptive Content customers with an integrated web portal and digital web forms solution. Jadu’s growth strategy will continue to focus on providing software products to help such partners win profitable business.

To coincide with the restructure, Jadu is launching  Jadu CXM (Customer Experience Management). Part of the Jadu Continuum suite, the product offers a real-time communication and case tracking for service resolution. The new features will include being able to record an entire conversation through any medium and updates to customer case timelines from back office systems.

“Imagine being a customer and having access to the same records of interaction as the organisation you’re dealing with. Imagine speaking to your local authority, your doctor’s surgery or your bank for example, and having full visibility of your correspondents and conversations.  No more confusion or crossed wires, the entire experience is simpler, quicker and more collaborative. We use Jadu CXM to manage our real-time customer communications and the advantages are proven every day” said Suraj Kika.

The Jadu Continuum suite also includes Jadu XFP, which offers data capture and integration with the client’s back office and CMS, the best publishing, audit and workflow tools available. Together, as part of the Jadu Continuum suite, customers have the complete software solutions to help retain and take the best care of their customers.

“We started this company in 2001 and we can honestly say that we’ve never been more excited about the future of Jadu. The content management interface and the software is the best it’s ever been and the user experience is beautiful. On top of that our customers never need to buy an upgrade again” concluded Suraj Kika.
