Suraj Kika, CEO

Founder and CEO, Suraj started his career as a designer in the publishing industry, eventually moving into web development at Electrocomponents PLC. After writing the first lines of code for the Jadu CMS, Suraj led the development of Jadu's Universe Platform, which includes CMS, Forms, Search and Mobile. Suraj is obsessed with making to complex appear simple and providing non-technical tools that organise information for any enterprise.

Piers Morgan, Commercial Director (Non-Exec)

Piers is a Solicitor working in commerce for a European Debt purchase company specialising in Consumer Credit Law. Prior to that, Piers worked in private practice and specialised in Commercial Law and Civil Litigation. In addition to being a qualified Solicitor, Piers has previously lectured in Law and Practice at Coventry University and Rugby College. Piers' role at Jadu centres around licensing, contracts and Jadu's legal framework and policies.

Christine Fiddis, Marketing Director (Non-Exec)

Christine initially worked as a Major Accounts Manager for ICL before joining Pricewaterhouse Coopers as a Principal Associate, responsible for managing and delivering IT strategy assignments in the manufacturing and services sector. Christine has also written a number of management reports focused on how organisations can maximise benefit from IT for the Financial Times and Gartner Group and is an Associate of Warwick Business School.

Nick Gretton, Chief Financial Officer (Non-Exec)

Nick began his career with the firm Ernst and Young. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he became Group Finance Manager for Equant. He was then Financial Director at a VoIP company, gaining experience in multiple VC and debt financing rounds, a complex acquisition, transatlantic relocation and an AIM flotation. He has also assisted an international group preparing for a public fundraising by converting their UK financial statements to US accounting standards.

Richard Friend, Global Business Manager (Director)

Richard is an experienced Programme Manager with over 15 years in commercial and public sector organisations. Before joining Jadu as Global Business Manager Richard had delivered multi-million pound programmes for organsiations such as RICS and QCDA. Richard now manages the operational business at Jadu alongside Jadu's Chief Operating Officer and leads the international expansion of Jadu across the World.

Jayne Nickalls, Business Development Director (Non-Exec)

Jayne has over twenty seven years of experience of delivering business and IT solutions to meet customer requirements. She has experience of building and leading virtual teams, growing businesses and working with customers within a complex environment. Formerly the CEO of Directgov, Jayne led the Directgov business for six years from start-up to an established business. Jayne focuses on developing and growing the Jadu business and proposition.
