Local DirectGov

All Jadu eGov partner authorities are already making good progress in achieving their targets of 100% e-enablement of services, in accordance with the Priority Service Outcomes and the IEG Programme.

The Local DirectGov Programme, supported by the ODPM, is engaging with all English Local Authorities to increase citizen take-up of their online services.

Customers will be routed from the DirectGov website straight to the best available web page on the Local Authority website that is applicable to the user, given their location, as determined automatically through their address.
