(The W3C XForms Specification is also included in eGIF as a recommended technology for government websites. All Jadu products are developed using eGIF as a basis.)
LGCL/IPSV/LGNL
All Jadu XForms are categorised by the taxonomy of your choice and as with all Jadu CMS products, full taxonomy/category management is included.
Personalisation
Jadu XForms implementations include a powerful customer management and personalisation engine - enabling you to engage with customers and target them via the XForms homepage and email.
Customers can sign-in to the XForms personal area (optional) and receive information on forms related to their interests. Other benefits include:
- personalisation - forms can be targeted to individual user groups
- pre-filled forms - enabling quicker completion of online forms
- assembly of a web customer database that can be utilised in other processes
- saving of part-filled forms - allowing customers to return to forms at a later date
- email notifications - allowing registered customers to be updated regarding new or amended forms
Workflow and tracking
Jadu XForms handles workflow from within the Control Centre. Citizens can view both current, submitted and historic forms from their 'Forms Account Page' and also track the progress of the form and print copies.
On submission of a form, customers are emailed an automated unique tracking number which is also available from their Forms Account Page. This number can be searched from the Forms Control Centre. There are three stages to the workflow and customers can receive feedback both by their Forms Account Page and via automated email.
Form output is emailed directly to service units and recorded into a database and viewable from an interface within the Jadu Control Centre.
Sharing resources from other Jadu partners
Jadu is unique in that the Jadu CMS government partnership of local authority users, work together to share information, knowledge and content - including forms.
This means that Jadu XForms can be imported from any other authority in the partnership and used by another. As standard, Jadu installs up to 60 pre-designed, customer facing forms in the basic implementation.
Jadu also offers a forms creation service - to support our partners in the development and back office process changes involved in the rollout of online services.
CRM integration and adapters
Jadu XForms have been integrated into a number of major CRM systems for government partners including Oracle CRM (LG45), Lagan CRM, Government Connect and Northgate Front Office CRM among others.
