Registered customers can view an account page detailing all form transactions, including those that have been completed or are still in progress.

Online forms include a progress bar that indicates to customers their progress towards form completion and submission.
Upon form completion, customers can download a PDF equivalent of the form, containing the data they have just submitted. Form data can also be sent to customers via email along with any additional files they have uploaded via the forms system during the data submission process.
