Form administration

Jadu XForms Professional includes approval and workflow in the form creation process with a full audit trail of forms that have been added, edited, archived or deleted by Administrators.

The Control Centre provides functionality to view form usage, with complete statistical reporting and the option to create RSS feeds of form submissions. Form monitoring functionality also includes the option to view:

  • an audit trail of all emails automatically sent by the system
  • an audit trail of all completed PDF forms generated for a customer
  • an audit trail of customers' IP adresses, with date and time logging of any form-based interaction
  • an archived forms area (with the option to unarchive a form if required)

Form data can be exported into multiple formats configurable formats (e.g. CSV, XML), complete with data pre-formatting routines (e.g. uppercase this field).

If required, it is possible to create roles that enable back office staff to complete forms on a customer's behalf or complete any hidden or 'office use only' form fields.
